Laurent P. Michit is a Burgundy-born wine connoisseur with over 35 years of global experience in fine wine and hospitality. A Certified Advanced Sommelier and one of Wine Spectator’s Top 100 Best Sommeliers in America (2006), Laurent has built lasting partnerships with family producers rooted in authenticity, sustainability, and excellence. Through Les Climats, he continues to share exceptional wines and stories from France and beyond to discerning customers across the United States.

Jeremy H. Light

Key Account Manager – Miami-Dade

Jeremy Light is an accomplished hospitality professional and Certified Sommelier with a proven record in developing award-winning wine programs and driving profitable beverage sales. As Wine Director at Los Angeles’ Sunset Marquis Hotel & Gordon Ramsay Restaurant, he curated cellars recognized with multiple Wine Spectator Awards of Excellence. Combining wine expertise, sales strategy, and operational leadership, Jeremy brings invaluable insight into how to position and sell wines that elevate both guest experience and business performance.
